Improvements
Integrations
We’ve improved the experience with Zendesk call logging, HubSpot ticket creation, and CTI calling behaviour.
Contact Centers and dashboards
We’ve improved the experience when navigating through the wallboard, clicking through SLA filtering, and updated headers.
Billing
The overall billing experience is improved with auto-charge defaults, better validations and notifications.
Workflows
We’ve improved the experience with workflows to make Voicemail the default option for Operator fallback, preventing call looping.
Critical bug fixes
Analytics
Some users reported dashboard data inconsistencies, leaderboards that didn’t sort properly, mismatches in CSAT exports, and discrepancies in SLA data. These have been fixed!
Contact Center and Coaching Hub
A few users reported issues with leaderboard pagination, grade visibility, and search malfunctions. We've fixed these.
Integrations
There were reports that Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot didn’t sync data properly and had issues with the CTI. These have been fixed!
Calling and routing
A few users reported that caller IDs weren’t consistent, call holds and transfers didn’t work as expected, and that some desk phones wouldn’t provision properly. We've fixed these.
Messaging
Some users reported that email and digital channel threads wouldn’t open properly, messages would remain unread, and there were issues with bulk messaging settings. These have been fixed!
Workflows
Some users reported that creating or opening workflows could be slow or fail to load, and callers got stuck in a loop when operator fallback options are set. We've fixed these.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
