Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to be at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Improvements

Admin and billing

Admins can now control Auto-DND functionality at the Office level, and we’ve cleaned up validation messages to make them clearer.

Contact Centers and dashboards

We’ve enhanced the experience with more consistent filtering in dashboards, improved layouts, and enhanced usability in leaderboards.

Integrations

We improved the CTI refresh functionality and enhanced Zendesk logging.

Critical bug fixes

Admin

Some users reported OAuth validation errors and issues with data visibility. These have been fixed!

Analytics and dashboards

A few users reported that widgets weren’t displaying correctly, there were discrepancies with SLAs, and leaderboard sorting issues. We've fixed this.

Billing and licensing

There were reports of inconsistent licensing updates and billing dates, inaccurate invoices, and issues with licensing pool and credit handling. These have been fixed.

Calling and routing

Some users reported that call and transfer states were inconsistent, that devices and device firmware didn’t update in rare cases, that there were delays in call routing, and that E911 updates didn’t work as expected. These have been fixed!

Contact Center and Coaching Hub

A few users reported that scorecards, searches, filters, and workflow updates didn’t work as expected. We've fixed this.

Integrations

There were reports that the integrations for Zendesk, Salesforce, Shopify, and Teams weren’t working as expected. These have been fixed.

Messaging and digital

Some users reported that bulk SMS messaging and the message polishing feature didn’t work as expected, and that there were issues with exporting and downloading. This has been fixed!

Native and desktop app

A few users reported that keyboard input wasn’t always captured, the interface lagged, and they sometimes couldn’t log in properly. We've fixed this.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
