Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on May 7, 2026.

New

Role-based filter

A new role-based filter that helps admins to monitor multiple queues and agents simultaneously with improved performance and reduced lag.

Centralize office management

Manage multiple offices from one centralized interface, making it easier for admins to update settings in bulk and keep configurations consistent across all locations.

Sync HubSpot contacts

Automatically sync HubSpot contacts with Dialpad so any contact updates in HubSpot are instantly reflected in Dialpad, helping keep data accurate and up to date.

Customize auto DND rules

You can now set custom auto DND rules to automatically reflect your availability based on calendar events, working hours, and meeting types.

Bulk delete and anonymize call history

Use bulk actions to delete or anonymize sensitive call history data, helping meet privacy and compliance requirements while retaining high-level analytics.

Sales productivity metrics in live dashboard

Use the Live Dashboard to monitor key sales performance metrics in real time and quickly spot areas where coaching or support may be needed.

Improvements

Estimated wait times for callers in queue

Admins can now provide callers with estimated wait time ranges instead of queue positions. Customizable caps between 5 and 60 minutes help better manage customer expectations and improve transparency.

Improvement on monitor all contact center

An improved role-based filter lets admins monitor multiple queues and agents at the same time with faster performance and less lag.

Improvement on the contact center display

Custom contact center abbreviations now appear in agent and supervisor dropdown menus, making it easier to find and navigate contact centers. If no abbreviation is set, the full contact center name will appear automatically.

Recording notification by caller location

Automatically play recording notifications only for callers in two-party consent regions to help meet compliance requirements while skipping notifications in one-party consent areas.

Retroactive cleanup for data retention policies

We have updated our data retention policies to automatically apply to existing records, helping ensure compliance without manual effort.

Fax timestamps in local time

Fax timestamps now display in your office's local timezone, making document tracking and auditing easier and more accurate.

AI scorecard improvement

Control which calls are included in AI scorecards by setting minimum and maximum call durations and filtering by inbound or outbound calls, helping ensure evaluations focus on the most relevant conversations.

Dialpad AI for Japanese calls and meetings

Dialpad AI now supports Japanese, enabling real-time transcription, AI Recaps, and Live Coaching across Dialpad calls and video meetings.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
