Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on July 15, 2025.

New

HubSpot enhancements and calling

The enhanced HubSpot integration will be enabled for all new customers, and we’ll start providing the option to existing customers. This features calling, SMS logging, SMS from workflows, auto ticket creation, and better contact management.

Callbacks and Queue Health Reports

Take your reporting further! You can now export records from the new Callback and Queue Health reports and analyze them with your internal tools.

Improvement

Ai Scorecard

We’ve improved how Ai Scorecards handle questions that don’t apply. It’ll now automatically adjust the score on the Ai templated questions to help keep your reviews fair and on point.

Critical bug fixes

Dialpad Everywhere bug

Some users reported that transcripts in Dialpad Everywhere weren’t appearing as expected during calls. This has been fixed!

WebHID calls bug

A few users reported that they weren’t able to answer calls with their WebHID device. We’ve fixed this.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
