Improvement
Additional Ai language support
Ai recaps are now available in Dutch, German, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese. Summaries include action items, call purpose categories, and outcomes to help you quickly review key details.
Critical bug fixes
Place a call bug
Some users reported that callbacks made from a shared line were mistakenly placed using the agent’s personal line. This has been fixed!
Port request verification bug
A few users reported that port verification calls were never initiated after making a request. We’ve fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
