Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on November 5, 2024.
New
Dialpad Ai in Spanish and French
Dialpad Ai now supports Spanish and French! Users can access real-time transcriptions, and summaries during calls and meetings in these languages, making it easier to connect and collaborate across language barriers.
Improvements
Agent pending state improvement
Contact Center Admins and Supervisors can now view the status an agent will transition to once their Wrap-up or Occupied time ends.
Contact Center active state improvement
The Contact Center active state is now independent from the global agent status, so supervisors can update an agent’s status in specific Contact Centers without changing their overall availability.
Critical bug fixes
Inbound call disposition bug
Some users reported that inbound calls were occasionally showing outbound call dispositions. This has been fixed!
Bulk backup bug
A few users reported that their backed-up call recordings were missing from their bucket. We've fixed this.
Call recording greeting bug
Some users reported that the call recording greeting wasn't playing during incoming calls to the Main Line. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
