Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to be at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Improvements

CRM integrations

We’ve improved the experience with Zendesk subject handling and strengthened Salesforce stakeholder reliability.

Billing and payments

We’ve strengthened the billing and payment experience with improved MFA email notifications.

Live Dashboard

We’ve improved the live dashboard experience by refining the design, clarifying labels, and enhancing aggregation.

Critical bug fixes

Analytics and reports

Some users reported discrepancies in Analytics and reporting, including incorrect SLA percentages, inconsistent dashboard data, and sorting on leaderboards that didn’t work as expected. These have been fixed!

Contact Center and Coaching Hub

A few users reported that playbook assignment errors, scorecard issues, problems with permission visibility, and filters not being retained. We've fixed this.

CRM integrations

Some users reported that HubSpot was not logging properly and that the CTI was experiencing inconsistent behaviour. This has been fixed!

Call routing

A few users reported that their calls would ring for longer than configured in their routing settings, incorrect caller IDs would display for departments, and parking calls on an extension would create a stuck call. These have all been fixed!

Billing and license management

Some users reported errors for rounding and pay-as-you-go conversions, improper cost center alignment, and ACV currency display issues for billing. These have been fixed!

Admin portal

A few users reported issues with assigning regional admins to their offices, business-unit errors, and the inability to perform bulk office uploads. We’ve fixed this!

Messaging

Some users reported issues with sending scheduled messages, weekly summary emails not being delivered, and channel filters overlapping. These have all been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
