Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to be at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Improvements

Workflows and calling

We’ve improved the ability to save voice workflows, and operators can now simultaneously unpark a call.

PowerDialer

We’ve improved the PowerDialer experience by providing new calling metrics, updating the PowerDialer widget, and making PowerDialer report exports easier to read.

Agentic

We’ve improved the experience with the Agentic AI feature settings menu and added a default pay-as-you-go payment option.

Critical bug fixes

Devices bugs

Some users reported that Yealink phones would prompt the voicemail PIN message when it’s correct, Poly VVX phones had issues dialing 988, hold music would continue after a hold was transferred, and a hangup wasn’t always captured for analytics. These have all been fixed!

Live Dashboard bugs

A few users reported issues with digital metrics not updating/displaying correctly, and the live dashboard was not displaying information and content as expected. We've fixed these issues!

Coaching Hub bugs

There were reports of incorrect grades, grade-scheduling issues, missing playbooks in filters, and mismatches in language. These are fixed!

Saleforce integration bugs

A few users reported inconsistencies in saving, missing avatars, misaligned drop-down menus, and navigation arrow issues. These have all been fixed!

Messaging bugs

Some users reported that messages would not resend an image, bulk messaging would not work as expected, emojis would be missing from messages, and direct links to digital channels would not work as expected. These have all been fixed!

Agentic bugs

There were reports that the Average handle time (AHT) widget wasn't working as expected, that the desired AI Assistant wasn’t automatically selected when viewing analytics, and that content wouldn’t display correctly in the UI. These are all fixed!

Billing bugs

Some users reported that the exported license pool data didn’t display the correct name, and that cost centers wouldn't display properly after they were created. These have been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
