Critical bug fixes

Analytics and dashboards

Some users reported that leaderboard sorting didn’t work as expected, that SLA percentages weren’t properly calculated, and that aggregate values and Queue Health weren’t properly calculated. These have been fixed!

Contact Center and scorecards

A few users reported that incorrect grades were displayed, that digital session badges weren’t displayed clearly, and that access to grade breakdowns was limited. We've fixed this.

Integrations

There were reports of Salesforce inconsistencies when saving information, the Zendesk back button didn’t always work properly, and connection issues with MS Dynamics. These have been fixed!

Calling and routing

Some users reported issues with their caller IDs not being displayed correctly, the transfer node didn’t work as expected, and the hold/transfer options were not very responsive. We’ve fixed all of these.

Messaging

A few users reported that MMS links were missing from exports, and muted channels would sometimes still display notifications. These have been fixed.

Billing and licensing

There were reports of licenses not being allocated properly, inconsistent timestamps, and missing fee products. We’ve fixed this.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.

Happy Dialing!
