Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to be at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

To provide a seamless launch experience, Dialpad features are released gradually. You may see updates reflected in your Dialpad environment over the next few days.

Improvements

Billing

We’ve improved the experience around auto-charges. They are now applied by default for Support and Sell customers along with improved notifications.

Integrations

We’ve improved the experience with Zendesk logging, the behaviour of the CTI and contact syncing controls.

Critical bug fixes

Analytics

Some users reported that scheduled reports and exported analytics weren’t delivered properly, that leaderboards weren’t sorting correctly, that there were mismatches in CSAT data, and that widgets and charts weren’t working as expected. This has been fixed!

Billing

A few users reported that invoices weren’t consistent, credits weren’t calculated or applied correctly, and that license pools didn’t sync properly. We've fixed this.

Calling & Routing

There were reports that call routing wasn’t working as expected, that odd behaviour occurred with holds, transfers, the callback queue, and voicemail playbacks, and that ATA devices and call waiting didn’t work as expected. These have all been fixed.

Contact Center & Coaching Hub

Some users reported that searches didn’t return results, scorecard filters weren’t maintained, and workflows were not assigned correctly. This has been fixed!

Integrations

A few users reported that Salesforce activities weren’t logged, and record loading was delayed. Also, Zendesk and Teams had syncing issues. We've fixed this.

Messaging & Digital

There were reports of bulk messaging limits, message editing delays, channel and app search issues, and exports that did not always work. These have all been fixed.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
