Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to be at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates with new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Note

To provide a seamless launch experience, Dialpad features are released gradually. You may see updates reflected in your Dialpad environment over the next few days.

Improvements

Integrations and calling workflows

We’ve improved the experience working with HubSpot calling, Powerdialer click-throughs, and Disposition List deep dives.

Contact Center and Coaching Hub

We’ve added new filters and updated leaderboard visuals and campaign visuals to improve the user experience in Contact Center and Coaching Hub.

Licensing

We’ve enhanced license pool management, including clearer messaging and better validation.

Critical bug fixes

Integrations

Some users reported that Salesforce CTI lacked the correct case population, displayed incorrect avatars, and that voicemail drop selection didn’t work as expected. Also, connectors to Zendesk and HubSpot were experiencing some issues. These have all been fixed!

Dashboard and Coaching Hub

A few users reported issues with the Live Dashboard and Coaching Hub, including sorting issues, non-persistent filter selections, widgets not loading, redirect issues, and leaderboards that wouldn’t sort properly. These are now fixed!

Calling and recording

Some users reported that voice workflow greeting messages wouldn’t play correctly, screen/recording playbacks weren’t working, voicemails were delayed, and previews displayed errors when using TTS (Text-to-speech). These have all been fixed!

Messaging

There were reports that users couldn’t edit or delete scheduled messages, that bulk SMS messaging didn’t work as expected, that emojis were missing from messages, and that there were issues with digital channel linking. These have been fixed!

Agentic

A few users reported that connectors were disappearing, avatars were missing, voice bots were not working as expected, and credit deductions were inaccurate. These are now fixed!

Billing

There were reports of overages on licenses, billing invoices with labelling issues, missing discounts, and issues with contract phasing. These have been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
