New
Customer data step
The Customer Data step is now available in IVR workflows for defining caller-specific data without using expert mode. You can configure up to 10 key-value pairs to pass customer context to agents and supervisors, which will be displayed during live calls.

Suppress Porting Notification
Admins have the option to disable auto-generated porting emails at the office level. Ideal for teams that prefer fewer notifications during deployments or are using Dialpad behind Microsoft Teams or other CRMs.

Manual call recording
Manual recording controls let you start and stop recordings as needed, so you can capture key moments or pause when privacy matters.
Improvement
Shared line call recording
When call recording isn’t enabled for a shared line, any recordings started manually by an operator now go straight to the shared line inbox, making them easier for admins to access.
Critical bug fixes
Global caller ID bug
Some users reported that their global caller ID was automatically switched from the main line to their direct line. This has been fixed!
Call parking bug
A few users reported that the hold music continued to play even after the call was unparked. We’ve fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
