New
Contact level language selection
Set different transcription languages for specific contacts right from the app! Dialpad will automatically transcribe calls in the language you choose for each contact, even if it's different from your main AI language setting. No need to switch things around every time!
Dialpad conversational agents
You can now route inbound calls from Dialpad to Google’s virtual agents (Dialogflow CX) for automated support, with smooth handoffs to live agents when needed.
Rearrange your live dashboard
You can customize your live dashboard widgets to show exactly what you're looking for. Whether it's call volume, agent status, or wait times.

Critical bug fixes
Contact label bug
Some users reported that contact labels weren’t showing on department call notifications. This has been fixed!
Conversation history filter bug
A few users reported that filters in Conversation History weren’t being saved. We’ve fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
