With our IVR and Voicemail Language feature you can override the default language setting for your office with another language so that when customers call you, they’ll hear the IVR greetings and Voicemail in that language.
You can customize these separately for an individual Contact Center, Department, or User.
IVR and voicemail language availability
Dialpad offers IVR services in the following languages:
- English (US)
- English (Australia)
- English (United Kingdom)
- French (Canada)
- French (France)
- German
- Japanese
- Spanish (Latin America)
- Spanish (Spain)
- Spanish (Mexico)
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Mandarin
- Italian
- Russian
- Dutch
Dialpad Ai language availability
Dialpad Ai is currently available in the following languages:
- English (US)
- English (Australian)
- English (UK)
- Spanish (US)
- Spanish (Mexican)
Individual Users
As a user, navigate to Your Settings at Dialpad.com
- Select Call Handling & Voicemail
- Scroll to the IVR and Voicemail Language section and click the drop-down menu.
- Select your desired language, or the Office default.
If no language is set it will default to the language set for the Office.
Shared lines
To manage the IVR and voicemail language for Shared lines, a Company or Office Admin must make the changes.
As an Admin, navigate to Admin Settings at Dialpad.com
- Click Contact Centers
- Select the Contact Center you would like to change the IVR settings
- Under Contact Center info, click the drop-down menu beside IVR and Voicemail Language
- Select the desired language
- Click Save
