    Article summary

The IVR and Voicemail Language feature allows customization of greetings and messages in different languages for customers. Dialpad offers IVR services in multiple languages, with AI currently available in English and Spanish. Users can set language preferences for individual or shared lines through their settings or admin controls. The feature enables flexibility in language selection for a personalized customer experience.

With our IVR and Voicemail Language feature you can override the default language setting for your office with another language so that when customers call you, they’ll hear the IVR greetings and voicemail in that language.

You can customize these separately for an individual user, department, or contact center.
