Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on November 26, 2025

New

Automatic saving for Salesforce task edits

Information added directly to a Salesforce task will now remain unchanged by Dialpad, preventing important updates from being overwritten.

Certified delivery portal

Our new Certified Delivery Portal brings everything Partner Admins need into one clean, centralized view. It simplifies setup, keeps things organized and separate from internal Dialpad tools, and helps partners work more efficiently and at scale.

Improvements

Simplify your call recording & transcription greeting

Admins now have the option to set a single, standard greeting for all user call recordings and transcriptions in an office. It’s a simple way to make sure every call stays compliant and easy to understand.

Critical bug fixes

Hold queue bug

Some users reported that calls were getting stuck in the hold queue instead of being routed to available agents. This has been fixed!

Resubmit the port bug

A few users reported that they received a port request error even though the port was resubmitted successfully. We’ve fixed this.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.

Happy Dialing!
