You can now easily test failover from your contact center, department, or mainline settings to ensure you stay connected during outages.

More time-off types in WFM
Clearer time-off tracking with new time-off categories, such as family and medical leave (FMLA), leave of absences, parental leave, and public holidays, helps keep schedules and reporting accurate.
Join a meeting improvement
Hosts can choose whether recording and transcription are on or off as they join the meeting.

Improved meeting controls in the Dialpad Meetings app
Adjust your mic and camera, test your audio, and choose your preferred options before entering the meeting.
