New

Messaging Analytics report

Stay in the know with the new Messaging Analytics report. Quickly check how your team’s SMS and MMS are doing, keep an eye on delivery health, and see agent activity at a glance, all in one simple, insightful dashboard.

Flex or co-term licenses when provisioning

You can now choose the license type that fits your needs when adding seats. Go with a Co-term license to stay on your current contract, or pick a Flex license for flexible, month-to-month billing.

Screen recording for trainee

Boost your coaching process with screen recording. Capture both audio and on-screen activity from trainee calls to review, train, and improve performance more effectively.

Admin controls for messaging access

Take control of messaging access. Admins can now decide who can send or receive SMS and MMS across main lines, departments, contact centers, and personal numbers, and toggle access on or off anytime for added security.

Schedule a message

Schedule a Message lets you write texts in advance and choose when they’re sent. It’s an easy way to stay organized, reach people at the right time, and keep your messages professional.

Improvements

Manage agents across multiple contact centers

You can now easily assign agents to contact centers across multiple offices, making it simpler to manage roles and assignments in bulk.

Call queue failover

We’ve upgraded our failover system to keep you connected, even during rare cloud disruptions. Calls to contact centers, departments, and main lines will automatically route through backup infrastructure to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service.

Custom AI Scorecard questions

Create custom AI scorecard questions that understand context, not just keywords. This upgrade delivers more accurate and consistent QA results, helping teams focus on insights instead of setup.

Expanded support for manual port requests

Admins now have more flexibility when managing number transfers! You can submit manual port requests for Toll-Free, US Local, and International numbers directly from the admin portal, all in one place alongside existing automated options.

Critical bug fixes

Conversation thread bug

Some users reported being unable to access a conversation thread shared from a channel. This has been fixed!

Note logging bug

A few users reported they were getting an error when logging notes in Zoho. We’ve fixed this.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
