Contracted Licenses are structured agreements typically used for long-term or strategic headcount planning, and must be purchased through your Account Executive.

How do I buy a Flex License?
Flex Licenses can be bought from the Dialpad Admin Portal, at the Company or Office-level.

Select Purchase Licenses
Select Purchase Flex Licenses Now
Enter the type and amount of Flex Licenses
Review the purchase details > select Confirm Purchase
How do I remove Flex Licenses?
Flex Licenses can be removed at any time via the Dialpad Admin Portal. The license will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle. No refunds are issued for early removal.
To remove a Flex License, go to your Office or Company Settings.
