Personal quick replies
Create and manage your personal quick replies to respond faster. They're visible only to you and work in any conversation, internal, external, group, contact center, or bulk.

Critical bug fixes
Conversation history bug
Some users reported that admins weren’t able to access an operator’s conversation history. This has been fixed!
Add a user bug
A few users reported that they got an error message saying 'Unable to complete request' while trying to add a user.
Real-time assist cards bug
Some users reported that RTA cards disappeared when Ai assistant was enabled. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
