Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on September 26th, 2023.

New

Dialpad Ai PII Redaction | We have launched an Early Adopter Program for Personally Identifiable Information (PII) redaction wherein our Dialpad Ai detects sensitive information and removes it while keeping the rest of the contact intact. Redacted data is limited to credit cards, CVV or SSN (US) / SIN (CA), and any unrecognized sequence of numbers of 4 or more.

Improvement

SMS delivery receipt | We're now offering delivery receipts to let you know if your message was successfully sent, or if there was a hiccup and you need to try again.

Additional settings for agent call data access | We've added more options to customize what call data your Agents and Operators can access on their assigned shared lines.  Choose to let them access (and delete) recordings and transcripts for their own calls, for all calls on the shared line, or block access entirely.
