New

WebHID for Dialpad app 

We now have the WebHID integration available for the Dialpad desktop app! Easily add headsets right from your Hardware Settings menu. 

Improvement

Mainline caller ID for outbound call IVR APIs

You can now customize your IVR API's caller ID for outbound calls to your mainline's office number.

Critical bug fix

Deleted contacts bug

A few users reported that some of their deleted contacts kept coming back after they were deleted. This has been fixed!

Callback request failure bug 

Some users reported that the contact center callback queue is not routing to an available agent. We've fixed this.

Blank page bug

A few users reported that after searching for a contact and refreshing the app, it will show a blank page instead of showing the conversation thread. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
