New

Ai Recaps in Inbox | Ai Recaps can now be generated and viewed from your Dialpad Inbox!  

Copy IVR Workflow | Want to make a copy of an existing IVR workflow so you don't have to start from scratch? No problem! Dialpad has added copy functionality to our IVR Workflows. 

Global Unlimited Calling Add-On | We know how annoying it is to count minutes and track international calling credits. That's why we've added the Global Unlimited Calling Add-On that lets you call over 65 countries for a flat monthly fee. 

Improvement

Un-mute improvement | There used to be a slight delay when you un-muted yourself. We've updated this so your audio transition is seamless. 

Critical Bug Fix

Salesforce client information loading bug | Some users reported that the customer's Salesforce information was getting stuck in a loading state. This has been fixed!

Other Improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
