We're always rolling out product updates with new features and capabilities to ensure you get the most out of Dialpad.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on June 21st, 2023.

New
Inbox Improvement | We've made it easier to understand your inbox! Messages in the “Messages” tab of your Inbox are now grouped by contact rather than just a running list of all messages.
Ai Recap on Demand | We've added on-demand functionality for Ai Recaps! Users in the Ai Recap Early Adopter program will now see a 'Generate Ai recap' button in the Web Call History.
You'll also see a 'Generate Ai recap' button in the conversation panel.
Critical Bug Fix
Call Disposition Bug | Some users reported that when a Contact Center did not have outbound call dispositions configured, the wrap-up window would be stuck and not allow the agent to complete the post-call wrap-up. This has been fixed.
Other Improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
