Clickable Status Links | When you enter a hyperlink as your Custom Status, it is now clickable from within the Dialpad app!
Updated Call Summary | Your Call Summary view now includes Dialpad Meetings for Coaching Teams! Coaches are able to access the audio and video of their Trainee's meetings.
QA Scorecards Improvement | Dialpad Meetings are now included in QA Scorecards, allowing you to grade all of your Agent's interactions.
Critical Bug Fixes
Call Purpose Bug | Some Users reports Call Purpose categories were not appearing in the Live Calls view of their Call Centers. This has been fixed.
Disposition Bug | A few Users reported that disposition options were not appearing for them when using the Dialpad CTI. This has been resolved.
We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
