QA Scorecards Grader Role | We've launched a new role to further enhance your QA Scorecard experience. QA Graders can now be assigned Admin-level QA Scorecard permissions, without needing Office Admin-level access. 

Critical Bug Fixes

UX glitch | The DND group toggle was sometimes toggling on/off without being selected. This has been fixed. 

Other Improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
