Critical bug fixes

Ai Scorecard bug

Some users reported that the Ai Scorecard did not show results when filters were applied. This has been fixed!

Call recording bug

A few users reported that they were unable to access the Mainline and Department call recordings. We've fixed this.

Contact Center call bug

Some users reported that Contact Center agents on active calls were still receiving inbound Contact Center calls. This has been fixed! 

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
