Dialpad's latest updates include a new Sales Launchpad feature for Ai Sales customers, Ai Playbooks for sales behavior adherence, and Quality Calls metrics for all users. The Coaching Hub is now available for all, offering data-driven insights for sales performance improvement. Critical bug fixes have been implemented, addressing issues such as SMS delivery receipts and Contact Center monitoring crashes. Various minor bug fixes and improvements have also been made to enhance the overall user experience.

New
Sales Launchpad
Our newest in-app feature, Sales Launchpad, is now available for all Ai Sales customers! This gives your coaches and trainees analytics and insights on sales calls, customer interactions, and team performance metrics—all in one single location.
Ai Playbooks
We've completed our Ai Playbooks Early Adopter Program and Playbooks are now fully available! Ai Playbooks leverage Dialpad’s real-time speech recognition and generative Ai to ensure sales reps adhere to prescribed sales behaviors on live calls and meetings. Playbooks keep sales teams aligned, ensuring everyone is providing a consistent customer experience.
Quality Calls
Dialpad AI helps managers sift through hundreds of calls to determine if a call from a sales agent or trainee qualifies as a business call. Quality call metrics are now available for all customers and can be accessed on Sales Launchpad and Coaching Hub.
Coaching Hub
The Coaching Hub Early Adopter Program has been completed and Coaching Hub is now ready to be used by everyone, empowering sales supervisors and team managers to drive improved sales performance through data-driven insights and actionable analytics.
Critical bug fixes
SMS delivery receipt bug
Some users reported that after sending a message, they were not getting SMS delivery receipts. This has been fixed!
Monitor all Contact Center bug
A few users reported that their app crashed whenever Dialpad Ai for Contact Centers was turned on. We've fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
