Critical bug fixes

CSAT bug

Some users reported that the CSAT filter in the Digital Session History did not show a CSAT value. This has been fixed!

Zendesk call log bug

A few users reported that a single Zendesk interaction generated multiple call logs. We've fixed this.

Porting request bug

Some users reported that they were unable to login via SSO after selecting the porting request link sent to their email. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
