    Improvement

    Cover sheet for native fax

    You can now include a fax cover sheet when sending faxes from both individual and shared lines. This allows you to provide important context and recipient information, ensuring that your fax is properly directed and understood.

    Critical bug fixes

    Coaching hub bug

    Some users reported that the coaching hub leaderboard page failed to reset the filter when there was no data available. This has been fixed!

    Call disposition bug

    A few users reported that the coaching team’s calls were missing call dispositions, even though the feature was enabled. We've fixed this.

    Parked call bug

    Some users reported that parked calls on a shared line were disconnected after rebooting the desk phone. This has been fixed! 

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
