External End-of-Life Notice for OBiTALK

On October 31, 2024, Dialpad will no longer have access to the OBiTALK web portal or the configuration utility for managing OBi devices.

The VVX D230, OBi 3xx series and OBi 1000 series phones, which are part of the OBiTALK product line, reached their end of life in early 2022.

Dialpad does not anticipate major issues or changes to devices registered with our service.

The Dialpad Support team will need to complete provisioning for the OBi 3xx, OBi 1000 series phones, and VVX D230 rather than using the previous activation method that relied on OBiTALK.

Dialpad’s support for the older OBi 1000 series phones, OBi 3xx ATAs, and VVX D230 will be limited.

Dialpad cannot guarantee successful manual configuration and activation for the OBi 1000 series phones, OBi 3xx ATAs, and VVX D230. Therefore, we strongly recommend users transition to devices fully supported by Dialpad for an optimal experience.

Dialpad will continue to sell and support the Poly VVX OBi phones, ensuring users have access to dependable devices.
