Critical bug fixes

Agent status data bug

Some users reported discrepancies in the data when exporting agent statuses. This has been fixed!

Call participant bug

A few users reported that they were unable to search for participants in the Conversation history. We've fixed this.

Local presence bug

Some users reported that Coaching team trainees were unable to use local presence. This has been fixed.

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
