    Ai Voice Isolation

We've introduced Ai Voice Isolation to filter out background noises on your calls, providing a distraction-free conversation every time.

    User search across Offices

In our newest Early Adopter Progam, Regional Admins can now search users across all their managed offices.

    Critical bug fixes

    Missed call analytics bug

Some users reported that missed Coaching Team calls were not appearing in their missed call analytics. This has been fixed!

    Call history filter bug

A few users reported that using the agent's name and call participant together in the call history filter clears the agent's name, requiring re-entry. We've fixed this.

    Shared scorecard bug

Some users reported that agents were unable to view the shared scorecard grade details from the Dialbot notification. This has been fixed!

    Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.

    Happy Dialing!
