Improvement

Default disposition for agents

Admins can now set a default disposition for agents during wrap-up. This automatically fills in the most commonly used disposition, saving agents time.

Critical bug fix

Ai Scorecard bug

Some agents reported that they couldn't view the details of the shared grades. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
