Critical bug fixes
Assign agents bug
Some users reported that they were unable to assign more than 200 agents to a Contact Center. This has been fixed!
Call routing bug
A few users reported that when automated response menu were selected, calls were transferred to two different agents simultaneously. We've fixed this.
Local presence bug
Some users reported being unable to assign new local presence numbers. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
