Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on August 13, 2024.
Improvement
Monitor all Contact Center agents tab
Contact Center Admins and Supervisors can now view their agents' specific sub-status when they are in a custom off-duty state under Monitor all Contact Centers. This enhancement provides greater visibility into why the agent is unavailable.
Critical bug fixes
Agents stuck on wrap-up bug
Some users reported that their agents were stuck on post wrap-up time without a timer. This has been fixed!
SMS data discrepancy bug
A few users reported that the total SMS count in the office showed discrepancies in the team leaderboard. We've fixed this.
Download call recording bug
Some users reported that they were unable to download the agent call recording. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
