Improvement

Search on Company Dictionary

We've improved the Company Dictionary with a new search capability, allowing admins to efficiently manage large sets of custom entries and maintain the dictionary content more easily.

Critical bug fixes

Upload MP3 file bug

Some users reported that they were unable to upload an MP3 file when setting a holiday to multiple Contact Centers. This has been fixed!

Call participants filter bug

A few users reported that office admins could not search on web call history using the call participants filter. We've fixed this.

Duplicate contacts bug

Some users reported that duplicate contacts were created under Contacts tab after sending a group message. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
