Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on February 14th, 2024.

New

Contact Center agent availability setting

Contact Center admins can now enable or disable the agents' ability to set themselves as unavailable in their contact center.

When this setting is turned on, the agent's unavailable toggle is greyed out. 

Improvement

Bulk port out

You now have the option to select all when porting out multiple numbers. Additionally, we've increased the number of numbers displayed on the page to 50, so you don't have to navigate to different pages quite so often.  


Critical bug fixes

Post-call wrap-up bug

Some users reported that the post-call wrap-up timer froze the call disposition window when agents made outbound calls. This has been fixed!

Presence icon bug

A few users reported that users had to manually refresh their app to display the correct presence icon statusWe've fixed this.

Recording icon bug

Some users reported that after they paused and restarted call recording, the icon didn't update to show that it was recording. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
