You can now send a link to share a message or an entire thread to add context or key information to another conversation.
Message preview
When sharing a conversation link or website URL, Message previews are now displayed.
Critical bug fixes
Stuck contact center alert bug
Some users reported that after selecting 'Go on Duty' following a missed call, the interface became unresponsive. This has been fixed!
Local presence bug
A few users reported that there were no options to set a local presence as a Contact center's caller ID. We've fixed this.
Live dashboard bug
Some users reported that the number of available agents displayed on the Contact Center live dashboard was incorrect. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
