New
Contact Center Launchpad
With Contact Center Launchpad, supervisors and agents have a performance-driven dashboard with instant access to key call metrics. Managers can easily get a quick snapshot of team performance, including handled calls, scorecards, CSAT averages, and average call duration.
Restricted internal search
Company Admins can now limit users’ contact search and transfer capabilities. Admins can also choose which offices are visible to others, making it easier to find relevant contacts while keeping things private.
Improvements
Personal working location
We’ve improved the personal location management settings that let you save multiple predefined locations, making it simple to switch between addresses whenever you need.
Critical bug fixes
Number assignment bug
Some users reported that phone numbers failed to assign when adding new team members. This has been fixed!
Voicemail bug
A few users reported that voicemails had transcriptions but no audio recordings to download. We've fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
