Dialpad designs groundbreaking, truly unified products—all powered by the most advanced communications Ai in the world. We make it easy for teams big and small to call, message, meet, and support their customers in one beautiful workspace.
You don't need to be an expert on all things technology to effectively use our platform at work. In fact, getting started takes just a few minutes.
Let's explore some basics of your Dialpad app.
Dialpad's app header also includes easy access to your hardware settings, daily Meeting schedules, your personal and Shared Line information, notification settings and preferences, as well as a toggle for Do Not Disturb mode. And more!
You'll also find quick access to your inbox, contacts, and any Shared Lines that you're assigned to. Coaching Groups, Departments, Contact Centers, and Executive Inboxes will be displayed if applicable.
Favorite and Recent sections appear in the app sidebar, providing contacts in chronological order based on the last time you communicated with them.
Resize your sidebar as needed to ensure you are able to view all the information you need.
Choose a contact and you'll instantly see the conversation thread in full view. It displays message and call history with this contact over time.
Select the caret beside the contact's name to see their linked integrations and contact cards. Drag and drop the fields into your desired order, and select the X to close the right sidebar at any time.
Click the trashcan icon to delete the entire conversation.
The Skinny Bar provides quick access to important details, such as the integrations sidebar, view group chat details, channel settings, and more.
The Skinny bar is in continual development, stay tuned for additional buttons that will provide access to exciting new features.
While the Skinny bar is always accessible by clicking the white sidebar on the right of a channel or conversation, you'll find the icon and features within the Skinny bar vary depending on where you access it.
