    Can I get a refund?

    I'm afraid not. Upon cancellation of your Account, for any reason, all unused calling credits and international calling credits shall expire on the termination date. Refunds, transfers or prorations are not available. 

    I just upgraded to a paid service and I want to cancel my account, do I get a refund?

    If the cancellation is within 3 days of the transaction date for both monthly and annual billing on the credit card, a refund will be processed.

    I’ve been a customer for 3 months and I canceled 4 days after my monthly payment was processed, will I get a refund?

    No, a refund will not be granted if the cancellation happened at 4+ days of your monthly billing cycle.  

    Can I get a refund for unused licenses?

    No. If you do not need a license, please remove it. Refunds will not be honored if license(s) are not removed after a deletion. 

    I accidentally deleted my account, can you re-activate it?

    Ooops! If you have deleted your account by mistake, contact us immediately. If possible, we will attempt to assist in recovering any lost information following an accidental account closure (though we can't guarantee that we will be able to recover or restore any information).

    I'm on an annual plan and there are 6 months remaining. Can I cancel and get a refund?

    Unfortunately not. Our Annual plans are heavily discounted to give you the best possible rate and therefore do not qualify for a refund. 

    My card was declined, now what?

    If your card was declined, you'll need to contact your bank to verify you've entered the right information and that you have sufficient funds.

    Dialpad does not block transactions and will only display the response that is generated by your bank either accepting or declining the transaction. If you're using a corporate card, check the zip code, as this is the most commonly mistaken information that will cause a decline.
     
    Your financial institution should have contact information listed on the back of your card. Note that some cards/banks will attempt to block a transaction for security purposes, and will need to release the block for us to authorize and bill your card. 

    Learn how to update/edit your payment information. Once you've updated, we'll try your card again within 24 hours.

    I didn't end up using a license - can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for unused licenses. As stated in our ToS, we have a no-refund policy. 

    If you purchased a license by mistake (it happens) and reach out to us within 3 days, we're happy to issue you a refund.
