    Article Summary

To cancel a Dialpad Meetings account, the process varies depending on the type of account. Free users can delete their account directly from the Dialpad Meetings dashboard. For single user business accounts without additional lines, there is an option to downgrade or delete the account. By downgrading first, users can maintain business features until the end of their billing cycle, after which access to certain features will be limited. Call logs and recordings will remain on the account even after downgrading. Admins with five licenses or less can also choose to downgrade or delete their account, following similar steps. However, admins with six licenses or more need to contact support for assistance with cancellation. After downgrading, there is an option to easily upgrade back to Dialpad Meetings Business.
