Cancel a free trial
As long as you are still in your free trial, you can cancel it from the Billing Summary page in your Admin Settings.
Cancel an account
We’d hate to see you go! If you are on a month-to-month plan and have 10 licenses or less, you can manage your cancellation directly in your Dialpad Admin Settings under Billing Summary.
If you are on an Annual Plan or manage more than 10 licenses, our Customer Success Team is here to help you with the next steps.
