Improvement
Field mapping for Salesforce improvement
Custom Salesforce fields are now available when setting up lead mapping for the Salesforce Powerdialer integration, giving you more options for mapping lead information in Dialpad.
Critical bug fixes
Shared company contacts bug
Some users reported that the CSV contact uploads failed, but when reuploading, the contacts says it already exists in the system. This has been fixed!
Holiday hours bug
A few users reported that calls were still routed to their Contact Center during configured Holiday Hours. We've fixed this.
International call bug
Some users reported that international calls didn’t connect and incorrectly indicated they were out of credits, even when call credits were available. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
