Improvements
HubSpot improvement
When making a call from HubSpot call tasks, we have added a confirmation screen to allow users to confirm their intention to call.
Powerdialer improvement
We’ve improved Powerdialer click throughs for better visibility into call outcomes and smoother workflows.
Critical bug fixes
Salesforce CTI bug
Some users reported that CTI continued to show the post-call screen even after the agent logged and created a task. This has been fixed!
Conversation history bug
A few users reported experiencing an audio access error when listening to a call recording. We’ve fixed this.
Number management bug
Some users reported that deleted numbers still appeared on the Number Management page. This has been fixed!
Do Not Disturb bug
A few users reported that they couldn’t make an outgoing call while DND was enabled. We've fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
