    Improvements

    Contact Center Advanced settings improvement

    We've added a new advanced setting for Contact Centers that lets agents view the time other agents spend in each status. This feature helps improve transparency and coordination within the team.

    Agent queue position improvement

    We've improved how agents can keep their queue position in a Contact Center when receiving or placing a call on their personal Dialpad number. This improvement ensures agents remain online for incoming sales opportunities. 

    Critical bug fixes

    Group message bug

    Some Canadian users reported that they were unable to send a group message to another Canadian number. This has been fixed!

    Call disposition bug

    A few users reported that Salesforce was not logging call dispositions. We've fixed this.

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
