    Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on September 3, 2024.

    New

    Assign step

    We've added a new IVR Workflow step! The Assign step creates or updates variables to store information during the call, allowing for greater personalization. 

    Critical bug fixes

    Call participants bug

    Some users reported that Office Admins were unable to search for contacts using the call participants filter in the web call history. This has been fixed!

    Local presence bug

    A few users reported that local presence was not working and was defaulting to their number. We've fixed this.

    Agents status bug

    Some users reported that agent statuses were displayed in the wrong order when sorted under the 'Monitor All Contact Centers' view. This has been fixed!

    Other improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
