Make Changes to Your Profile

Need to make some changes to your profile? No problem — Dialpad makes it nice and easy to edit your profile.

Let's take a look at what you can do. 

Who can use this
All Dialpad users are able to change their name, job title, pronouns, profile picture, and language on their own. Email addresses, however, can only be changed by the Office Admin.

Change Name, Title & Pronouns

To change your name, job title or pronouns, head to Your Settings at Dialpad.com.

  1. Select Edit personal information
  2. Make the desired changes
  3. Select Save changes 

Change profile picture

To change your profile picture, head to Your Settings from Dialpad.com 

  1. Hover over the image
  2. Select Edit
  3. Select your new photo

If you'd like to default to your Google or O365 photo, select Use Google/O365 photo 


To remove the photo, select Remove 

If there isn't a profile picture to start, Dialpad defaults to using your initials.

Tip
Here are the image file types we support:

  • JPG
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • GIF
  • BMP
  • WEBP
  • TIFF

Change your timezone

To change your timezone, head to Your Settings from Dialpad.com 

  1. Navigate to Timezone
  2. Select your desired Timezone on the drop-down menu

Change your language

To change your language, head to Your Settings from Dialpad.com

  1. Navigate to Language
  2. Select the desired language on the drop-down menu

Change your phone number

If you'd like to change your phone number, either you and your Admin will need to contact our Customer Care Team.

Change your email address

Office Admins are able to change email addresses — if you're not an Office Admin, please reach out to them to start this process.
