Want to make your meetings more collaborative and ensure comprehension from all participants?
Dialpad Meetings allows you to share your screen with all meeting Participants, either your entire screen or just a single tab.
Let's take a look at sharing your screen in Dialpad Meetings.
Start a Screen Share
From an active meeting, select the Screen Share icon and choose Your Entire Screen, Application Window, or Chrome Tab.
Select Share after choosing an option, then you'll see an alert in the top-right corner that indicates you are sharing your screen.
If you're using dual monitors, you'll need to also select the screen to share by scrolling down in the pop-up.
Disable a screen share by selecting the Screen Share icon again.
Share audio during Screen Share
Imagine sharing your screen during a presentation with a large audience. You play a demo video from one of the slides, and even though the participants can see the video, they can’t hear the audio. Or, the audio quality is muffled because you're trying to position the mic in just the right way so that it can pick up sounds from the video.
With this feature, you can share system audio with your audience. Here's how:
1. Click on the Share your screen icon located in the bottom toolbar.
2. A pop-up window will appear with options for sharing your screen. Click on the checkbox at the bottom of the window to share the audio. The audio that's playing on the chosen screen or tab will get streamed along with the screen you're sharing.
