Let's take a look at Dialpad Meeting's basic controls, accessible from the bottom bar.

Participants
See who's in the meeting, search user profiles, and even remove, mute or unmute Participants (if you're the Organizer or Co-host).

Click the up-arrow to access your audio controls.
You can also access your mic and camera settings from the More button.

End a Meeting
Exit the meeting by clicking the red phone icon.
If you're the Organizer, you'll have the choice of ending the meeting for everyone when you leave, or for you to exit and allow the meeting to continue.
Share your Screen
Share your screen with all meeting Participants — choose between sharing your entire screen, a window or just a single tab. Select Share Screen, choose what you'd like to present and click Share.
Learn more about screen sharing in this Help Center article.
Emoji Reactions

If you would like your co-host to be able to access Host Controls, this is possible by allowing for a Co-Host. You'll also need to update your Dialpad Meetings settings, by toggling on "Allow co-hosts with access to organizer controls"
